Delivery and Returns

We will provide Delivery Services with DAP terms directly or through a third-party service provider. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must be paid in advance. Products are delivered direct from one of our warehouses; please check the estimated delivery date at checkout. You must have a valid address saved in your address book in My Account to avail of this service. Services such as installations are not available, but you can visit here instructions. A copy of the installation manual will be provided with the goods.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY  

Orders are usually dispatched within 10 to 15 working days.

Please note that terms (including prices, charges for services, availability, delivery times and returns policies) may differ depending on the location of sale.

 
EXPRESS DELIVERY  

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.

Please note that terms (including prices, charges for services, availability, delivery times and returns policies) may differ depending on the location of sale.

 

RETURNS  

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your product. When you receive your product please unpack and check it for damages as soon as it arrives.

We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.

WE CANNOT REFUND/CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE  

  • If the goods have been opened/disassembled.
  • If the fault with your product occurs outside the guarantee period (normally 24 months from date of production).
